WHO WE ARE

At Hart Ministries we have a vision for inspiring and supporting people on their journey to become an emotionally healthy person so they can foster healthy relationships and flourish in life.
We aim to provide practical cutting edge resources, experiences and trainings so people can discover how to be their best selves, love whole-heartedly, lead clearly, live fully and thrive in life.
Our strength lies not only in our creativity to translate cutting-edge research on mental and emotional health and well-being into practical life-impacting resources, programs and coach trainings, but also in our heart to care for broken marriages, burned-out leaders and those longing for renewal and wholeness.

This past year, we have re-named the non-profit to 'Hart Ministries.' We are increasing our scholarship fund, expanding our programs and through our coach training, our impact. We continue to strive to foster positive change in the lives of people.

WHAT WE DO
CREATIVITY
As a team we are taking cutting-edge research on emotional, spiritual and relational health and wellness to create workbooks on 'flourishing in life,' on 'how to foster a safe haven marriage,' on 'transitions, grief and loss' and 'emotional intelligence' to be used during intensives, coach trainings, seminars and support groups.
We are creating blogs and podcasts to support those in difficult relationships and to get the word out that growing as a person is key to loving and living well.
SCHOLARSHIPS
We are building our scholarship fund to help those who need us most. We provide certain partial scholarships for leadership and marriage intensives and coach trainings.
We want to be there for struggling couples - when a little bit of help in a time of need can encourage the soul and help a couple back on track.
Life and Relationship Coaching
Hart Ministries has teamed with Safe Haven Center to provides scholarships for individuals, leaders and couples to experience life-impacting, marriage-changing coaching and the Safe Haven Intensive experience.
Coach Training
Dr Sylvia Frejd has created a 'Flourish in Life' coach training program for leaders in ministry. Fosters personal growth in the leaders as well as trains the leaders to coach others.
Dr Sylvia Frejd and Dr Catherine Weber have developed a"Flourish in Life"coach training program for those wanting to learn how to coach others in how to foster a good and healthy life.
To Come: Dr Sharon May and Dr Sylvia Frejd will be creating the 'Safe Haven' coach training for couples wanting to lead support groups to help strengthen marriages.
Spiritual Renewal
Through retreats and groups, Hart Ministries offers ways to refresh your heart and soul.
